Not sure about other mom's but many days I feel like I speek but am not really heard. As our children grow I hear myself repeat, "Make good choices." almost as often as I say "Be careful with that." or "You are gonna fall." Today as the kids were playing with the little neighbor kids, I hear Tyler say, "If I was your Mom I would tell you to make a good choice about that. That is not a very good choice." I needed that today!! Thanks Lord for having me take the trash out at just the right moment today, so I could walk into that conversation. :0)

Go Grandma Go!!
Skiing behind the pontoon boat actually worked. We all had our doubts but everyone got up. The kids even talked grandma into skiing around the lake. Go Grandma Go!!!!

Summer government lessons
The kids had all the lego's out and where building houses. Erin had a huge, duplo/mega house going on. I over heard Alli say, "Erin if you build that house any bigger your taxes are going to be so high you won't be able to afford it." .............???????
