It's been another LONG weekend. The nickname the weekend Tim works has taken on. Thus it has been a weekend which included the word "Mom", in nearly every sentence uttered from my children.
1. Mom can I take off my bandaide?? ( go ahead)
2. Mom can I play with the neighbor (the one who is already in the front yard playing)?
3. Mom can I go to the bathroom? (Yes)
4. Mom can I eat this....??(If its food and not moving or moldy yes)
5. Mom can I go outside?(please do)
6. Mom can you get this unstuck?( of course)
7. Mom what is there to eat?? ( apparently what they found before didn't fit the rules)
8. Mom where are you??
9. Mom what are you doing I have been calling and calling??
10. Mom, Mom, Mom. Mom, followed by someone's name and a brief description of there wrongdoing followed by "What are you going to do about it MOM."
Yes, I changed my name an hour ago to DAD. Praise the Lord he is home!!!!!

A long, cold, winter.....
You don't have to read far in the Bible to wonder why global warming and all it's promised horrors is not taking place. May I just say, Michigan could sure use some warming this year. I drive an SUV just to help out:0) However, I have assisted my children for the last few years on there Bible memory. It's one of the first ones they learn/review every year. Only 8 chapters in from the begining, God promises, "As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, COLD and HEAT, summer and winter, day and night will never cease." Too bad for Michigan we are in for a lot more long, cold, winters..............

Happy Birthday Erin!!!
Happy 7th Birthday, my beautiful, Erin doll.
It's only when you are 7 you can pull off this look.
-Princess pJ's and roller blades...........
You have grown up so much even in the last year. I think it was yesterday you were in your baby swing.
Alli asked, "When can she just get out of there and play with me." It didn't take
long as you where walking at 9 months and running at your 1st b-day. Mostly to keep up with Alli.
Although, Alli is still your best friend, you have so many friends at school.
You seem to have a magnetic sense about you. Everyone wants to be your
friend. You have such a kind and sensitive spirit. My hope is you never loose that.
On this your special 7 year old birthday we celebrate you our beautiful Erin "Dollzee".
One of your favorite toys is the CD player and Jesus songs, with which I often hear you sing along.
Second only to Webkins which you get up at 6am to do everyday. One day it was 5:30 when I
came in the computer room to ask you why you were up so early you simply stated, "To do my daily events."
You somehow managed to get one more pet than your sister. I don't know
how you do it, but you manage to stay one step ahead of her, as often as you can :)
We love you and you can stop growing up so fast any time :)
